Reunion in Alola! Chapter 2

   "There! I’m finally finished!" Serena held up her finished outfit. It was an orange flower pattern blouse, a pair of beige shorts and a straw hat with a flower in it.

   "We have arrived at the Melemele Island Airport. Thank you for flying with Alola Airlines and have a wonderful day!" Said the voice over the loudspeaker.

   Serena put her surprise in her backpack, and headed off the plane. In the airport, she went to the changing room and changed form. Kalos Serena evolved into Alolan Serena! After she emerged from the changing room, she asked for directions to the Pokémon School and hitched a ride in a Tauros carriage. Along the way, Serena kept thinking about Ash. I can’t wait to see Ash’s expression when he sees how much I’ve changed!

  "Here we are Miss Moreau, the Pokémon School," said the Tauros driver.
 
  "Thank you sir!" She handed him some PokéDollars and hopped out of the carriage. She walked up to the entrance and asked if anyone was present.

  "Alola! My name is Principal Samson Oak. Do you plan to enroll or are you just visiting?"

  "Umm...both? I’m here to surprise a friend but if you have room, I’d like to enroll."

  "Excellent! Follow me please miss...?"

  "Moreau. Serena Moreau."

  Meanwhile in class, Ash is sitting deep in thought. I haven’t heard from Serena in a while. I wonder what’s up...

  His thoughts were interrupted by Principal Oak announcing that there’s a new student.

  "A new student? Awesome!" Who could it be? Gladion? Extremely doubtful.

  "Indeed. Class, I’d like you to meet—"

  "Serena?!"

  "Hello Ash. It’s been a while," responded Serena, with a blush overlapping her broad smile.

  Ash jumped out of his seat and ran over to hug Serena. "It’s great to see you again! How have you been? Did you catch any new Pokémon? Wait..." Ash stepped back and noticed that Serena had changed her outfit. "I see you’ve changed your outfit and that you’ve grown your hair out a little. Oh! And you still have the ribbon!"
 
  Before Serena could respond, Professor Kukui interrupted. "Can you discuss this later so I can finish class? Or will you at least introduce us to your friend?"
 
  "Oh, sorry Professor! Everyone, I’d like you to meet Serena Yvonne Moreau, my girlfriend!"

  The class was dumbfounded for a moment before screaming in unison, "Girlfriend?!"

  "That’s right!"
